By accessing or using DxPx Scout ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
DxPx Scout is an investment intelligence platform focused on diagnostic and precision medicine companies. We provide company profiles and venture data, market intelligence and analytics, investment screening and matching tools, and industry trend analysis.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly update any changes to your information, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by DxPx Scout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of DxPx Scout and its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DxPx Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
